The staff are courteous, managed the parking onsite. The hotel serves satisfactory breakfasts with Wi-Fi.

There were huge & new-fashioned rooms with great comfy beds and nice views and good shower.

This hotel in the San Isidro district offers great value for money. The rooms on the executive level have stunning views in several directions and are equipped with great amenities. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast included offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable.

It is a nice hotel, confortable and with excelent services. It is located in front of a golf course that provides a beautiful view and in a nice neighborhood of Lima City. Good for business and family visits. I only booked it few hours before because I spent the full day stuck at the airport due bad weather and the hotel was just what I needed to rest to take my flight next day.

Wi-fi Internet is not strong enough at the room where I stayed (604) and since I found the drinking water next to bathroom sink and not in the minibar I did not know it would be charged (10 usd)

it was a 5 star hotel in the true sense of the word.

In Peru one must be careful when booking hotels. Double means to single beds unlike most of the rest of the world. If you want one large bed for two you must book as matrimonial. i knew this before booing but do not recall seeing the option on the website.

The staff were loyal and everything was good during our stay, which was also conveniently located 22 minutes away from the airport.

The hotel is good located and is very international. It offers all facilities for a business trip in a pleasant atmosphere.

The smell sometimes coming from the toilet in room 1434 and the noise due to the proximity to an emergency exit.

Staff is polite and makes fee at home

Most hangers in the closet were damaged. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Hot water on the shower on and off.

Location: the hotel was near to Miraflores, the restaurant, and Los Delfines. In the evening we went to La Crika, located relatively close to the property...

I was amazed by the excellent service at Delfines Hotel. The executive lounge staff, Giulliana, Lorena, and Meylin, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They provided all the information I needed with a smile. The food served by Chef Dhiraj was incredibly delicious. The hotel staff also arranged everything perfectly, making my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, great rooms, and delicious food.

A good location

The staff is generally unpolite not well informed and to inclined to Police customers in a rude way. Did not worth the money.

Great location near the golf course and top restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, with a decent array of bathroom amenities. I enjoyed starting my day with a workout at the nearby running track and indulging in the local culinary scene.

Although the hotel was well-built, it was showing its age in some areas. The decor was old-fashioned, and there were signs of wear and tear.

Impressive bed making, wide breakfast variety, great business center desserts, best waiters and cuisine, stylish and perfect for meetings, large and comfortable rooms with great views.

During our stay at this hotel, we enjoyed being in the San Isidro district, which is not a tourist area, but very pleasant. The hotel’s proximity to the golf course was a plus, as well as the main restaurant that served delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed, including comfortable beds and a great view. The staff was very helpful, courteous and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was good, and we also enjoyed the massage facilities and steam room.

One of the downsides we noticed during our stay was the dated spa area, which could benefit from a renovation.
